How does 60 minutes of joy and well-being through creativity sound? Dare to take on the challenge! Future Workout includes a touch of theory and practical exercises.

In these sessions, we explore creativity as a crucial skill for the future worklife, utilizing collaborative learning. The workout seeks answers to the following questions:

  • Can everyday life benefit from a sense of community?

  • Does creativity thrive in interaction?

  • How can overall work and study well-being be enhanced?

Training Program:

  1. As a warm up an experiential lecture on creativity based on the theory of experientiality (phenomenology)
  2. Reflection: a moment of communal construction of knowledge
  3. Gentle guided bodily exercises in the space
  4. Brief debrief of the experience
  5. What will you take away and share with others from the experience?

You are warmly welcome to awaken creativity, learn, and discover together!

The workshops are open to all students and doctoral researchers at the University of Oulu. The workshops are accessible to all. Please inform us in advance if there is anything specific that needs to be considered to ensure your participation in the workshop.
