You must register to participate in the 18th Nordic Process Control Workshop and the tutorial on Simple realizable predictive control algorithms with focus on Predictive Functional Control.
The registration covers:

• Participation in the tutorial on Industrial Model Predictive Control (2 days)
• Participation in the 18th Nordic Process Control Workshop (NPCW)
• All meals and refreshments during the 18th NPCW
• Participation in the 18th NPCW Get Together Reception in Turkansaari Island
• Participation in the 18th NPCW dinner at Maikkula Estate

Deadline for registration is July 28, 2013. Please, one form per person. Registrations by telephone are not accepted. Please, allow up to 5 days for e-mail confirmation of your registration before contacting the Conference Office.

Confirmation and Payment

Confirmation of pre-registration will be sent per e-mail. Pre-registered visitors can pick up their entrance badge at the designated pre-registration desks upon arrival at the event. In order to qualify for early bird rates, registration AND payment must reach us before the indicated deadline.
Card payments can be performed online safely with the Luottokunta SSL-secured payment form. Our conference organizer does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder. Online payments can be made with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard payment cards.
Payment information: Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment information in order to be processed. Incorrect credit card details or declined or expired cards are considered non-payments and registration will not take place.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received on or before July 28, 2013 will be refunded, but will be subject to a € 100 cancellation fee. After that date, no cancellations will be accepted. However, the refund will only be processed after the conference.
Presenter registrations can only be cancelled until May 3, 2013 to qualify for a refund (refund will also be subject to a € 100, - cancellation fee). After that date, no cancellations of presenter registration will be accepted.
Cancellations must be in writing. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time. Please notify the NPCW secretariat (congress[at]oulu.fi) of any such substitutions as soon as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
