If you have been registered in the ConfTool of the TIIM2011 Conference previously, be sure to log in with the same account you used before. There are links to help recover lost usernames or passwords. If this is your first time, please create a new account for your registration. TIIM2011 Conference/ Business Seminar payments can be done by credit card or by bank transfer No other means of payments are approved. Terms of the payment using credit cards Credit card payments are done safely using Luottokunta’s SSL secured payment form. International verification services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used to identify the cardholder. We do not have access to credit card information or store it on our site. We can accept Visa (Credit/Debit), Visa Electron, and MasterCard (Credit/Debit) cards. Important note for credit card users If you want to pay by a credit card, you must use one of the credit cards mentioned above. If the payment gateway of the Luottokunta does not approve the payment by your creditcard, you must use another card or to do the payment by bank transfer. Note for Full-time Students Proof of status (your current student ID or similar documentation) must be sent with registration as a scanned attachment by e-mail to the congress secretariat: congress@oulu.fi or you can proof your status on site. The registration of participation is binding. Cancellation Policy: 25% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until April 30.2011. 50% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until May 31, 2011. Cancellations received after May 31, will be charged the full rate. All refunds will be made after the Conference ends. The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. The conference program may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
