I lead the research groups (HealthCoach, Digi-EBHC) that generate and synthesize evidence for the key knowledge needs of healthcare.
My in-depth expertise is within the patient counseling/health coaching that I have studied over 20 years.
In recent years we have studied the health promotion among adolescents and young adults (e.g. digital wellbeing) and the effectiveness of digital health coaching/patient counseling on health and healthy lifestyle among chronically ill patients and frequent attenders.
We promote the evidence transfer and implementation for citizens’ wellbeing and human-targeted care with healthcare and social services, foundations and business companies.
