PhD course: Nitrogen processes and source identification methods

General course information
The course is organized by the Water, Energy and Environmental Engineering research unit of the University of Oulu and the University of Oulu Graduate School (UniOGS). The course is intended for doctoral researchers or for participants with suitable background that allows content assimilation. 3-5 ECTS can be achieved depending on the completion of the course modules.
The course is divided in three modules
- Module 1 – Pre-course assignment (reading) 01-12/02/2023
- Module 2 – Fixed schedule lectures and activities 13-15/02/2023
- Module 3 - Optional post course assignment 15/02 – 31/03/2023
Course (Module 2) program and timetable
The course main module is Module 2 which consists of lectures and activities planned on a fixed timetable spread over a period of 3 days between Monday the 13th of February and Wednesday 15th of February. Lectures and activities have been allocated into 3 sections and will be provided by international experts in the field with some teaching from Oulu and others via video conference. Registration is open for both presential and online (for a limited number of students) participation.
