Submission Policy
TIIM policy requires one unique author to be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication. If you are an author or co-author on more than one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication. If multiple, same-single-author papers are submitted and accepted, one will be scheduled for conference presentation and publication. The others will be considered time allocation permitting when the final schedule will be finished.
Cancellation Policy
25% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until April 30.2011
50% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until May 31. 2011.
Cancellations received after June 1, will be charged the full rate.
All refunds will be made after the Conference ends.
TIIM Name Badge Policy Statement
TIIM Name Badge is provided to help your fellow participants as well as for identifying you as a registered delegate of TIIM to conference hotel/restaurant personnel and staff. Each registration package contains an official TIIM Name Badge. Please wear your TIIM Name Badge in all TIIM functions/events. All TIIM business meeting, regular and keynote sessions/Panels, coffee breaks, luncheons, and dinners are limited to registered delegates only, and the TIIM Name Badges will be required for entrance.
