Welcome
to the site of an EU-funded project "Chondral and Osseous Tissue
Engineering". Tissue Engineering is a new multidisciplinary
technology that combines the principles and developments made in
cell biology, cell culture, materials science
and clinical medicine for successful clinical generation of new
tissues, regeneration of defective tissues or enhanced tissue healing.
The project started 1st February 2001.
