Ville Kellokumpu

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Geography Research Unit of the University of Oulu. My fields of speciality are regional policy and development and political geography. Currently I research the class politics of climate change and the strategic role of labour unions in the sustainability transformation. My doctoral thesis examined depoliticization of state spatial governance in the context of the Finnish state. My research interests include various topics ranging from state theory, critical political economy, spatial and visionary planning to political theory.
