Project Management
- 2-2 ECTS credits
- 920027J
Nowadays, much work is project-based, yet people often do not know how to approach a project—build scope, a schedule, a budget, perform the most uncomplicated risk management. They are also unaware of how to smoothly work in a group environment, communicate, and motivate.
You do not have to spend a year in a training program, though, to understand these essentials. The ten lectures and four practical sessions delivered in the three days will give you a solid grasp of the Project Management discipline and possibilities for its application to projects in different fields.
As experience shows, anyone from a Ph.D. student to a practicing Project Manager benefits from the course.
