Licentiate thesis

A Licentiate thesis is a research project where student applies the theory and methodology of medicine or dentistry. The scope of this thesis is 20 ECT. The thesis deepens the theoretical knowledge and research skills in the field in the guidance of the supervisor. In addition to the thesis, the student is required to complete a maturity test. The maturity test is a written exam which evaluates the students command of the research topic and proficiency in Finnish or Swedish.
