Applications for this two-year master’s program are now open and will close on May 1, 2025.

The SEOS master’s program applies a multidisciplinary perspective to diversity, integrating education sciences, social sciences, and organizational and leadership studies. The program examines how modern European societies and communities are evolving, equipping students with skills to analyse and develop solutions to diversity-related challenges, such as discrimination.

The program combines hybrid learning, including both virtual and physical exchange opportunities. During their studies, students will engage with different cultures, languages, and learning environments. In the first semester, all students take a foundational course on diversity together. In the second and third semesters, they can specialize in one of three tracks: Education, Organisations and Society.

SEOS is a joint two-year interdisciplinary joint master’s degree (120 ECTS) taught entirely in English. The program is delivered by eight world-class universities, which are Ruhr University Bochum in Germany, University College Cork in Ireland, University of Deusto in Spain,Erasmus University Rotterdam in Netherlands, Koç University in Turkey, University of Liège in Belgium, University of Oulu in Finland and University of Zagreb in Croatia. Upon graduation, students receive a joint degree diploma from all eight universities.
