Call for suggestions for external members of the University of Oulu Board of Directors
The term of four external members of the University Board of Directors ends, at the latest, by the end of 2023. University Collegium appoints new external members for the term ending on December 31st, 2025. The collegium is now inviting suggestions from the University of Oulu academic community for external board members, i.e., persons who are not university staff or students.
The Collegium will make use of the submitted suggestions in the selection process. The Collegium appoints external members of the Board of Directors.
External members must represent a wide range of expertise in the sciences or arts in the field of operation of the university (Universities Act 15§).
Who do you think should be on the Board of Directors of the University of Oulu? You can make your suggestion in the link below. In addition to the name of the proposed person, you should leave short reasoning.
Suggestions can be made anonymously. The deadline for the suggestions is 26.2.2023.
