Campus ICT service point is closed in July

Until 30 June, the service point will be open at the former location 7D103 on weekdays from 11 am to 1 pm.

• 3 - 28 July the service point is closed.
• Phone helpline for students (0294 483 180) is closed 3 - 21 July. During that time, there may be delays in the handling of tickets (helpdesk@oulu.fi).

From 31 July, the service point operates in the new location TH109, it is open on weekdays from 11 am to 1 pm.

• You can find the new location using Oulu Campus Navigator and enter the location “TH109”.
• Take a look to Campus ICT Service Point new location on the map.

However, the ChatBot of ICT Services serves you around the clock during the holiday period. It serves university students on the website IT services for students | University of Oulu. ChatBot is also available at ict.oulu.fi | ICT services: IT instructions on those pages whose target group is “For UniOulu students”.
