The career monitoring survey is open – your answers can make a difference!
The national career monitoring survey is again open. The survey concerns those who graduated five years ago, i.e. those who completed a higher university degree in 2019, a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, a Licentiate of Medicine or a Licentiate of Dentistry degree, and those who completed a doctorate three years ago, i.e. in 2021.
Those affected by the career monitoring survey will receive a personal contact by post and SMS. All alumni belonging to the target group are encouraged to respond to the survey, as the results are of great importance.
The results of the career monitoring survey are used to develop teaching and education at the University of Oulu. By answering the feedback survey, you can help current and future students get the best possible education and develop working life skills.
The results of the survey are also used in research and career guidance for students.
The goal is important, says planner of the university career center Angela Suorsa.
"When students gain knowledge of working life already during their studies, the transition to life after studies and to their own career paths can be smoother."
The number of respondents and the results of the career monitoring survey also affect the funding received from the Ministry of Education and Culture, so alumni can also contribute to the development of their home university.
The survey is open until 9 December 2024.
