During the transfer application from 2 to 16 May, you can apply for a transfer to another degree programme
This spring, three of the forty-five degree programmes available for application are taught in English: the Degree Programme in Digitalisation, Computing and Electronics; the Degree Programme in Electronics and Communications Engineering; and the Degree Programme in Information Processing Science.

Notice that you must have enough study time to finish your degree in target time, as the study time will not be extended. The new study right begins on 1 August 2025.
You can apply for a transfer to the University of Oulu twice a year. The application period is organized in autumn and spring. The University of Oulu does not currently admit transfer students from foreign higher education institutions or universities of applied sciences.
