H2FUTURE welcomed the first meeting with the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) at the University of Oulu
H2FUTURE research programme had the pleasure of having the first meeting with its´ Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) at the University of Oulu in the beginning of September. SAB is a very valuable, international board of experts that will give us feedback during the five years of H2FUTURE research programme.
SAB members Prof. Philippe Lambin, Université de Namur (Belgium), Department of Physics, and Prof. Kim Verbeken, Ghent University (Belgium), Department of Materials, Textiles and Chemical Engineering were present in Oulu and others joined the sessions online.
Other board members are Prof. Laura Torrente Murciano, University of Cambridge, Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Prof. Maria Gabriella Tranell, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Department of Materials Science and Engineering, and Elina Huttunen-Saarivirta, Research Professor, VTT.
Naturally, the core research group of H2FUTURE was present too welcoming our guests: Prof. Marko Huttula, leader of H2FUTURE, track leaders Prof. Ulla Lassi, Prof. Timo Fabritius, Prof. Jukka Kömi, jory member Prof. Daniela Bezuidenhout, Coordinator Filipp Temerov and the tenure researchers of H2FUTURE Matti Silveri, Satu Ojala and Vahid Javaheri.
H2FUTURE group really enjoyed the relaxed and fruitful atmosphere of the two days spent with the SAB members going through our research goals, workshopping together and getting insightful feedback.
