Haoyu Chen started as a tenure-track Professor in Hybrid Intelligence programme at the University of Oulu

Haoyu Chen will be concentrating on developing data processing and computing technology for helping humans and machines understand each other in the programme. Since September 2017, Haoyu has worked as a doctoral student and later as a postdoc researcher at Centre of Machine Vision and Signal Analysis, University of Oulu.

Haoyu received the Bachelor’s´ degree from the China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China, in 2015, and the Master´s degree from the University of Oulu in 2017.

Haoyu´s main research interests include Machine Learning, Human Behaviour Analysis, Emotion AI and Adversarial Learning.
