Peppi's version will be updated in May – service break on May 6, 2024

The University of Oulu's Peppi will undergo a version update at the beginning of May, due to which there will be a service break on 6th of May starting at 8 am. The access to the system will be available again on 7th of May at 9 am. During the service break, Peppi's desktops and Study Guide are not in use and Peppi cannot be logged into. The service break applies to all Peppi' users.

During the service break, Peppi will be updated from the version 4.6.0 to the version 4.7.2. In the version update of Peppi, there will be fixes and functionalities, of which we will inform comprehensively later in Patio and by user groups. Training will also be organized for users on the effects of the version update if needed.

Tuudo's functions, including schedule, study information and student card, will be accessible during the service break. For the duration of the break, the data before the break is stored in Tuudo for viewing, i.e. the data is not updated during the service break. Tuudo also works during other possible service breaks. The Peppi Study Guide is not available during the break.

Short service breaks are also possible after the planned service break. Information about Peppi’s service breaks can be found on the Peppi frontpage of the University's website, to which the user is redirected after a login attempt made during the service break.
