In the printing problems can arise

If you do not succeed in printing from the university's workstation to the print queues, use the mobile printing instead.

The mobile printing operates so that you send the file to be printed as an attachment from the university O365 e-mail to the address mprints@oulu.fi.

  • It will be printed coloured if you do not give other decrees from the console of the multi-function device.
  • The supported file formats are doc, docx, jpeg, jpg, xls, xlsx, pdf, ppt, pptx, rtf and txt.

The problem is a consequence of the wide program update and thus it is worldwide. A correction is expected to the problem in the next few days.
