Problems with Cella app?

If you have problems using the Cella room reservation app, you can use these instructions to solve the problem.

If there are problems with the use of Cella, first of all, do these actions:

(1) Log out of Cella and close it.

(2) Turn the phone off and on again.

(3) Then log in again. If the problem persists then send feedback from the app by going to menu and choosing Send feedback. Please describe the problem and tell which version of iOS or Android you are using. Also tell your email address if it’s different than the one you use to log in Cella.

If the previous steps didn’t help:

(1) Log out again and close Cella.

(2) Delete the app and install the latest version from the app store.

(3) Then log in again. If the problem persists then send feedback from the app by going to menu and choosing Send feedback. Please describe the problem and tell which version of iOS or Android you are using. Also tell your email address if it’s different than the one you use to log in Cella.

If the two previous steps didn’t help or the app crashes:

You can send information about the situation to the feedback-reservation@oulu.fi address by email so we get back to you as soon as possible.
