The quota of heating pole places reserved for students of the University of Oulu is currently full and it is currently not possible to grant new heating pole usage rights to students. It is worth trying to apply for the right to use the heating pole area in early November, when some of the current contracts expire and heating pole use rights may become available for application at that time.
