Submit your proposal for an external member of the university board
The term of the Board of Directors of the University of Oulu ends at the end of 2025. The University Collegium will appoint four external board members for the term 1.1.2026-31.12.2029, i.e. individuals who are not university staff or students.
External members of the board should represent a diverse range of expertise in societal life and the sciences or arts relevant to the university's field (University Act §15). External board members strengthen the university's connections to the broader society.
Which new or current external members should be on the board of the University of Oulu? The collegium will utilize the proposals in the selection process. Please note that the working language of the board is Finnish.
The proposals are made anonymously. The collegium does not handle any personal information of the proposers.
Proposals must be submitted by March 14, 2025.
