Sustainability Studies Network: The call for applications for the spring courses is open from the 17th to 30th of November 2024

Would you like to study sustainability-themed courses from other Finnish higher education institutions? The University of Oulu is a member of the Sustainability Studies Network. It consists of eleven Finnish higher education institutions, and it offers courses related to sustainability, responsibility and environment themes for the member institutions’ degree, doctoral, and exchange students. The network offers basic, intermediate, and advanced courses.

During late November, from the 17th to 30th, it is possible to apply for the courses that will be organized during the spring term 2025. Take a closer look at the course selection and read more about the application process on the pages of the Sustainability Studies Network. Instructions of the University of Oulu for cross-institutional studying are here.

You can include certain courses from the Sustainability Studies Network for example in the Sustainable Development Minor: check the courses that can be included from the minor's study guide page. If you want to include courses from the network in another study module in your degree, please discuss with your tutor teacher or your degree program manager.
