The University of Oulu collects views on the wishes of continuous learning

The University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oamk) are looking for new ways to develop people's competences and to provide opportunities for continuous life-long learning.

Participate in an online brainstorming on the continuous development of competences!

You have now opportunity to participate and influence on what kind of different development opportunities Oulu's higher education institutions will offer in the future. The purpose is to increase the opportunities for everyone to upskill and reskill proactively, so that they can develop in their work, find a new job and/or advance in their careers.

What kind of competences will you and your organization need in the future? How can the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences help you and your company in maintaining expertise?

The participants can share their ideas and assess the significance of other participants’ opinions, making it possible to participate even if you do not have any original ideas in mind at the time.
