University of Oulu Emerging Program Project Call 2023 - 2026

Support to new emerging projects linking new research themes to strategic spearhead projects of the Focus Institutes in the form of 4-year doctoral researcher positions.

NOTE - this is an internal call: The emerging project leader must have an existing affiliation at the University of Oulu. Scholarship researchers can also submit an emerging project application.
