In the webinar there three speakers from University of Oulu, including UArctic's Arctic Telecommunications and Networking lead Harri Saarnisaari.

At 11:00, Harri Saarnisaari from the University of Oulu explores the potential of wind turbine towers as cellular infrastructure in remote regions. His research examines how windmills can provide essential connectivity for the public, authorities, and industry workers, addressing challenges such as signal propagation through rotating turbine blades.
