Would you like to change your place of study? You can apply for transfer between 2–16 May
Do you feel that you would like to change your place to study? If you are studying for a degree at a Finnish university and wish to transfer your study right from one Finnish university to the University of Oulu or within the University of Oulu from one degree programme or major to another, you can apply for transfer between 2–16 May 2023.
During this application period, the University of Oulu accepts transfer students to the following three international programmes:
- Computer Science and Engineering, Degree Programme in Digitalisation, Computing and Electronics, Bachelor and Master of Science (Technology) (3y+2y)
- Electronics and Communications Engineering, Degree Programme in Digitalisation, Computing and Electronics, Bachelor and Master of Science (Technology) (3y+2y)
- Information Processing Science, Degree Programme in Digitalisation, Computing and Electronics, Bachelor and Master of Science (3y + 2y)

The new study right begins on 1 August 2023 and the former right to study will expire at the end of the term preceding the transfer, on 31 July 2023.
