ALBATROS Horizon-Europe project
ALBATROS
Future aviation will face an increased vulnerability to Space-Weather factors such as space radiation posing strong risks to avionics and even people onboard, especially in (sub)polar regions. An innovative EU-founded research action has been launched to contribute to aviation innovation, despite new hazards in aviation such as electric and hydrogen-powered aircraft and new airport energy systems.
