Project description
The project will be implemented as a whole of 37 credits for nursing managers and those who intend to become such.
Educational goals:
- The education strengthens participants' expertise in strategic and local management and supports their ability to reform management in a digital service system.
- The education increases the capacity of managers to ensure the attractiveness and competence of the social sector
- Increase the capacity to promote population health and the effectiveness of client and patient work in cross-sectoral cooperation.
Project results
Education strengthens the attractiveness of the social- and health care sectors and ensures a high level of leadership, which in turn contributes to ensuring equal and equal welfare services for all. The education strengthens the leadership of the participants, which contributes to improving the productivity, efficiency and quality of their work.
Partners
The project is coordinated by the Nursing Science Unit of the University of Eastern Finland and involves the Nursing Research Units of the University of Oulu, Tampere University, University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University.
