Research group description
Microelectronics Research Unit’s electroceramics research includes design, fabrication and characterization of ceramic powders, bulk ceramics and tapes, printed electronics films, ceramic polycrystalline and epitaxial thin films for applications such as high frequency applications, packages, sensors and actuators, energy harvesters & solutions.
