Research group description

Work and organizational psychological research in the Unit of Psychology is focused on examining occupational well-being, such as work-related stress, work engagement and work ability in large cohort and register-based data sets. The group conducts collaborations with researchers from psychology, medicine, sport medicine and industrial engineering. Currently one of the main aims of research is to examine how to promote sustainable working careers, in terms of work engagement and participation in working life.
