University's grants for exchange abroad

The staff of the University of Oulu who are working full-time can go on an Erasmus+ Staff Training exchange to European higher education institutions, companies or organisations, or on an Erasmus+ Teaching Staff exchange to European higher education institutions, with which an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement is valid and includes the option of teaching mobility in the respective field of education.

In addition, doctoral researchers who do not receive a salary from the University of Oulu are eligible to apply for grants for studies or traineeships abroad. The study exchange opportunities have their own specific application times and require that doctoral mobility is included in the mobility agreement of the universities. There are no specific application times for traineeships, but finding a suitable traineeship is the student’s responsibility, and the grants are open for application throughout the year.
