As a researcher and practitioner, I specialize in responsible leadership and sustainable business. My research interest lies in understanding how leadership can drive responsible business and foster sustainable practices. My main interest areas include responsible leadership and sustainable business: Responsible leadership, in my view, involves considering not only business outcomes but also the positive impact on employees, communities, customers, and the society.

Over the years, I have developed my skills in designing and developing effective training programs. Whether it’s leadership development or sustainability training, I bring a strategic approach to program design. I also recognize the importance of creating engaging and impactful online training experiences. My expertise extends to designing digital learning solutions for different kinds of learners. I have 15 years of experience in high-tech companies, I’ve held leadership roles as an HR Manager and Leader. This practical background has equipped me with strategic insights and hands-on leadership skills.

I actively engage with both national and international networks. I participate in national networks like Henry Ry, where knowledge exchange and collaboration enhance my competencies. Im also representative and guardian alumni in international Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI) which strengthens my competencies on responsible leadership on a global scale. In summary, my multifaceted background combines practical leadership experience, research acumen, and a passion for responsible and sustainable practices.
