Introduction:
I am a dedicated doctoral researcher at the University of Oulu, with a passion for advancing the efficiency and longevity of water and wastewater networks. Currently specializing in Wastewater Network Sensor Analysis and Maintenance Technology, my academic journey is marked by active collaboration with Oulun Vesi in Finland. My focus lies in optimizing monitoring systems, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and contributing to strategic renovations aimed at enhancing network performance.

Academic Background:
My academic journey began with a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree, where I honed my expertise in water and wastewater, and hydraulics engineering. During this time, I collaborated on water engineering research projects at the Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, laying the foundation for my current pursuits.

Professional Expertise:
With over a decade of experience as a Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Design Engineer, I've navigated diverse project stages, from feasibility studies to construction. My role as a water distribution network supervisor in urban development projects has provided me with a proven track record. Proficient in water systems design, operation modeling, and wastewater treatment, I bring a wealth of experience to my academic endeavors.

Notable Achievements:
I take pride in my role as a Project Manager, where I led the successful implementation of the Smart Hydraulic Model for the Qom and Isfahan-Iran Water Distribution Network over a span of four years. Additionally, as an instructor, I've shared my knowledge by teaching wastewater treatment engineering software in civil and water engineering at various universities.

Current Research Focus:
In my current role, I am instrumental in both data analysis and strategic planning for wastewater networks, specializing in the detection of inflow and infiltration. This specialization significantly contributes to the sustainability and resilience of wastewater systems. Committed to advancing the field, I am enthusiastic about utilizing my skills and knowledge to make meaningful contributions to the efficiency and longevity of water and wastewater networks. My Ph.D. project focused on combining monitoring and condition prediction methods for enhanced management of wastewater networks in Finland, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Pekka M. Rossi and Senior Research Fellow Elisangela Heiderscheidt.
