Eeva Leinonen
MSc
Doctoral researcher
I work at Kerttu Saalasti Institute Microentre as a doctoral researcher, I am a Master of Philosophy in my basic education, majoring in computer science and economics. I completed my subject teacher qualification at the University of Joensuu. Curiosity and a desire to help people and organizations in development and innovation-related issues made me a researcher for a career and a job at MicroENTRE.
The dissertation under finalisation deals with the co-development of digital services. I am interested in how different participatory design methods and visuals support design and innovation work. These can also be used in coaching and development tasks for micro-entrepreneurs to promote skills, productivity, growth and internationalisation, among other things.
At MikroEntre, I have been involved in various projects related to competence development, such as the Productivity and Work Capacity of Micro-entrepreneurs (Mytty), the Training Programme for Agile Change Capability (Kemu) and UmbrELLA. I am also involved in online training in micro-entrepreneurship and in the KSI communication team.
Ongoing projects:
