Eeva Vuorivirta-Vuoti

I´m working as a university teacher in the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology, in the Health Management Science degree program. I´m also a designer of the minor subject Sustainable Leadership in Social and Health Care. I am a nurse by previous education. I have a long experience of caring for critically ill patients and working as an assistant head nurse in an intensive care context. I have studied competence management and future leadership in hospital settings. My particular interests includes reform of leadership in healthcare, strengthening people-centered leadership, as well as promoting sustainability in the leadership of future generations and future organizations.
