Heikki Ailinpieti

I work as a project researcher at the Micro-Entrepreneurship Center MicroENTRE, part of the Kerttu Saalasti Institute at the University of Oulu. My background is in engineering (Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management) and media studies, with a Master’s degree in Education Entrepreneurship (YAMK).

At MicroENTRE, my current research focus is on support organizations for early-stage entrepreneurship (ESO) in the health and life sciences sector, including business incubators and accelerators.

I have over 35 years of experience in product development across various types of organizations, ranging from large corporations to early-stage startups.
