Helinä Heino

I earned MSc and BSc degrees in field of physics from the University of Oulu. The topic of my master’s thesis was ”Extension of projection data using conditional generative adversarial networks
in interior computed tomography”. Before graduation I was working with several projects as a research assistant at University of Oulu since 2018.

After graduating 2022 started to work as a doctoral researcher. My research interest is mainly focused on deep learning or machine learning based methods aiming to analyze data from medical imaging. Currently working with project aiming to predict how uncertain deep learning based models are in their predictions.
