Jarkko Koivunen

I have a background in integrin and collagen research through multiple methods from molecular modeling to various mouse models. After my master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, I did my PhD in cellular and molecular biology. Currently my research interest is in the role of extracellular matrix and related signaling pathways especially in cancer and fibrosis. I have an interest and expertise in cellular biology, state-of-the-art bioimaging, drug discovery, high-content imaging, and matrix biology.
