Jenni Konttila

As a researcher, I want to enhance the research and development of digitalized health services, especially mental health services. I am motivated to develop customer oriented digitalized services and nursing interventions within the framework of co-creation. This requires, especially in mental health services, multidisciplinary research and collaboration, and I have set these as a goal for my own research. Currently, I investigate a digital solution of depression treatment in context of Finnish public healthcare.

Psychiatric nursing, mental health care services as well as technology and digitalization and innovation activities related to these, are the topics of my expertise. I am also skilled in evidence-based practice. I am interested in utilization of artificial intelligence and data-analytics in health care, and I am currently deepening my understanding by studying information processing science.
