I am a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Education and Psychology. My research focuses on the intersection between internationalisation and graduate employability. In my doctoral research, I investigate how Finnish higher education institutions, in relation to national migration and higher education policy, can support international students' education-to-work transitions. This work addresses current issues about labour market participation and the social integration of international students in Finland.
Previously, I worked at the University of Oulu Career Centre. In my master's thesis, I explored international student's conceptions of employability and their expectations towards the University of Oulu.
