The purpose of the study is to describe and evaluate the digital guidance of loved ones and patients during palliative care and to describe their experiences and needs for guidance where healthcare staff have used digital guidance.
The aim of the study is to gain insights into digital guidance in palliative care and the digital guidance skills of healthcare staff and how they use them when working with relatives and patients. The results of the study will help to develop the digital guidance of relatives and the digital guidance pathway alongside the patient care pathway in palliative care.
