My research centers on varied aspects of communication and interaction in modern organizations and their ecosystems. I am specifically interested in branding and process research, along with digitalized and in-person interactions and behavior across diverse social contexts. From these viewpoints, I examine topics such as ethics, diversity, social responsibility, and co-creation. I also have experience in examining competencies and capabilities, firm growth dynamics, and responsible teaching and learning in higher business education.
My research has been published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Studies in Higher Education, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Behavior, and Journal of Product and Brand Management, among others.
Besides research, I have long-term academic administrative experience, serving, for instance, as a program director and a member of the Education Council. My teaching portfolio encompasses subjects such as consumer behavior, social marketing, and both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
