I am a Senior Research Fellow and an Adjunct Professor (Docent) of Business Analytics and Digital Business at Martti Ahtisaari Institute, Oulu Business School. I am the Programme Director for Master's Programmes at Oulu Business School, overseeing the general management of different majors both in Finnish and international master's programmes. I also actively teach and supervise bachelor's, master's and doctoral theses in the field of Business Analytics.
I defended my doctoral dissertation on business models, open innovation and ecosystems in 2016. In addition to business design and innovation strategies, my research interests are especially data-based decision-making and knowledge-based management, as well as the data economy and digital ecosystems and platforms.
