Marjo Seppänen

Doctoral researcher
Marjo Seppänen works as a doctoral researcher in the research group of geoinformatics in the Geography Research Unit. Her research focuses on the associations between built and natural environment, physical activity, sedentary behavior and depression based on Northern Finland Birth Cohort 1966 data.
In addition to his research work, Seppänen teaches on geoinformatics courses and supervises master's theses.
