Mira H. Kajanus
MSc
PhD student
I am currently a PhD student in a project called "Diversity of Species interactions: a missing key for understanding biodiversity in a changing world", a group led by Academy Research Fellow Dr. Sami Kivelä. My current research focus is in understanding community-level species interactions at macroecological scale, using joint species distribution models (JSDMs). I am also studying community-level temporal responses in species diversity for climate, environmental and anthropogenic change. For my MSc thesis, I studied the effect of ecological factors in wolf reproduction in Finland.
