Mira Hammarén

I work as a university teacher doctoral researcher at the Research Unit of Health Sciences and Technology in the Health Management Science degree program. I am also an occupational therapist by education, and this has given me extensive experience in various fields and service systems.

My research interest centers around healthcare competence and its management in the reforming healthcare. My doctoral research focuses on the management of digital competence sharing in healthcare. The aim of my work is to improve the digital competence of healthcare professionals using effective management methods. This is especially aimed at supporting older generations to adapt to digital development.
