Nusrat Binte Kabir is a doctoral researcher in Fiber and Particle Engineering at the University of Oulu. She received her Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology. Later on she completed her Masters in Process and Environmental Engineering from University of Oulu. Her current research focuses on developing lightweight acoustic panels utilizing industrial side streams through alkali activation and assessing the performance of the panels.
