As professor of brand marketing, my research focuses on brand relationships and networks as well as brand experiences. I study also value creation in service businesses and particularly in digital services. I am specialized in B2B, financial, health and tourism contexts. I have extensive project management experience. At the moment, I am a work package leader in GREEF - Green Factory, Towards Carbon Neutral Production co-innovation project funded by Business Finland. I have done research visits to Copenhagen Business School and Lancaster University Management School.
