Samad Ali received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tabriz, Iran and his MS in Wireless Communications Engineering from University of Oulu, Finland. He is currently a PhD student at Center for Wireless Communications at University of Oulu. His research interests include machine type communications, smart grids, and machine learning.
